A sleeping alcove on the same level provides additional sleeping space with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making this vacation rental an ideal choice for small families or groups. The property includes 1 bathroom and a separate WC. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The property also benefits from 2 terraces: one of 18 m2 with an east-facing position and another of 20 m2 with a west-facing position, both furnished with terrace furniture and offering a view of the port.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
