The apartment accommodates guests in a welcoming open-plan layout that combines the living, dining, and sleeping areas with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, an electric kettle, and a raclette set, ensuring every convenience is at hand. The living area is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa, 1 armchair, a television, and 2 cupboards, while the sleeping area is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 180x200cm. A bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet completes the interior. The apartment benefits from underfloor heating for year-round comfort, and high-speed Internet WiFi is available throughout, keeping you connected during your stay. A baby cot measuring 60x120cm, including bed linen, is also provided upon request.

Guests should note that the Swedish stove present in the apartment is not available for use. The apartment is equipped with floor heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment throughout the seasons. The following services are included in the rental price: electricity, heating, water, 1 uncovered parking space, WiFi, a baby cot with bed linen, capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and the visitor's tax. Pets are not permitted at this property. Guests are also welcome to note that the owners operate an adjacent studio apartment called Etana, which is bookable for up to 2 persons and is located next door.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
