The kitchen is a compact yet well-equipped space designed for everyday use. The single bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The apartment also benefits from 2 small terraces, both south-east facing, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
