On the entry level, a living and dining room of 13 m2 is anchored by a Scandinavian wood stove and a dining table, offering a warm and inviting space for relaxation. A combined living and sleeping room of 16 m2 provides a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony. A kitchen and living area, also featuring a dining table and a wood-burning stove, is equipped with 3 hot plates, an oven, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. The single shower and WC bathroom serves the entire apartment. Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor presents a low door height of 180 cm and a ceiling height of 190 cm. A large walk-through room of 16 m2 contains 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm widths and a length of 200 cm. A further room of 14 m2 offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, alongside a small balcony. A box-room provides additional storage space. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
