Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor further includes a shower room with WC as well as a separate WC, offering 2 bathrooms in total across the property. The kitchen, measuring 10 square metres, is fully equipped and adjacent to the living area. On the upper floor, 2 additional rooms of 20 square metres each feature sloping ceilings and are furnished with 1 French bed per room, each measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both upper-floor rooms are fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV. A bathroom with bath, shower, and WC completes the upper floor.
