On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring a dining table and direct access to the terrace. A first bedroom is situated on this level, equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, and benefits from its own shower as well as a private exit to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens directly onto the garden, and is complemented by a small dining table. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are arranged beneath characterful sloping ceilings, each featuring a rooflight that fills the space with natural light. The first of these rooms contains 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, while the second is fitted with 2 beds. An open gallery with sloping ceilings connects the upper-floor spaces, and a shared shower and WC serve this level. Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as the gallery or alcove.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
