The first bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and also benefits from direct access to the balcony, making it a particularly serene and light-filled retreat. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, ensuring comfortable accommodation for further guests. The apartment also features an open kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living space, fitted with a hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. Outdoor living is generously catered for with a 10 m2 balcony and a 24 m2 terrace, both furnished for relaxation and al fresco dining.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
