This level also includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower and WC, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen on this floor features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to provide comfort and privacy for all guests. 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and has its own private shower and WC.
