The living and dining room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, which features a ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with deep-freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Guests will also find a fondue set, raclette set, and table grill available for use, adding a delightful alpine touch to the culinary experience. The dining area is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, while the living space includes 2 sofas, a TV, and a radio. The apartment offers 1 bathroom complete with a bathtub and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180x200cm, a large cupboard, and 1 chair, along with 1 extra travel mattress. Pets are welcome at the property, though an additional fee applies per stay, to be paid directly to the keyholder. It is important to note that in most properties only 1 pet is permitted, typically 1 dog, and any further or different animals must be requested and confirmed prior to booking. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are not included in the rental price and are to be arranged separately by guests. The property is accessed via a staircase, and the 1 covered parking space is conveniently included for guests' use throughout their stay.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
