We were given only one set of keys where as there was a door downstairs for the building and a door upstairs at the entrance to the apartment on the second floor. We could never go up if we put the key in the small key box outside to the street. we needed two sets of keys and I asked the agent and he said that he hadn't any other set of key available for us.
