The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests, configured as 4 adults and 1 child, and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed across its floors.

On the main level, a spacious and bright open living and dining room welcomes you with a panoramic window, a dining table, and a kitchen corner fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor, along with floor heating throughout. Direct access leads from the living area to a large terrace of 32 m2, partly roofed and north-west facing, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, ideal for relaxing and entertaining while taking in the surrounding landscape. On the lower ground floor, a shower and WC provide an additional bathroom facility.

The upper floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, hosts both bedrooms. The first double bedroom features 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 french bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, along with air conditioning and direct access to a 15 m2 north-west facing balcony. The second double bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, also benefits from air conditioning, and opens onto a balcony as well. A bathroom with a bath or shower and WC completes the upper floor.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
