The living and dining room serves as the central gathering space of the apartment, featuring a flat screen TV and air conditioning, with direct access to one of the balconies. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to a balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable arrangement for additional guests. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a practical cooking island. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. The apartment also benefits from 2 small balconies of 2 m2 each and a larger balcony of 5 m2, all furnished with balcony furniture and offering a partial view of the canal.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
