The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a double sofabed that provides additional sleeping flexibility, making the space both functional and welcoming. From the living area, you have direct access to a small south-west facing balcony, where terrace furniture is provided so you can relax and enjoy a pleasant side view of the sea. Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width, offering a comfortable and intimate sleeping arrangement. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a separate WC is also available, ensuring practicality and convenience for all guests. Please note that the building does not have a lift, so access to the first floor is via the stairs.
