On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms configured to suit a variety of guest combinations. The first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, while the second is a children's room furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in length of 200 cm and 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. The single bathroom on this floor includes a shower, WC, and a double hand-basin, offering comfort and practicality for all guests.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
