On the lower ground floor, you are welcomed into a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining room, furnished with modern and luxurious pieces, featuring a television for your entertainment. The open kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally into the dining area, which includes a dining table for shared meals. From this level, a direct exit leads to the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across 4 bedrooms. The first double bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and offers a private exit to the balcony. The second double bedroom also features 1 double bed of the same dimensions and includes a dedicated shower and WC. The third bedroom is a large double room with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, complete with a full bath, shower, and WC, as well as a direct exit to the terrace. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
