Adjacent to this bedroom is a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a mini-oven, a full oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, a second bedroom offers 1 french bed of 140 cm width along with a private shower room and WC. Also on the upper floor, a children's room of 10 m2 features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 110 to 140 cm, a curtain partition, and a rooflight. This room is equipped with 1 pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, consisting of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 190 cm in length.
