Also on this level, there is 1 double bedroom with its own shower and WC, as well as 1 room featuring 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The living area includes a flat screen television, and the dining room provides ample space for the whole group. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living and dining spaces. The upper floor mirrors the lower level layout with an additional 2 rooms, each featuring single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, 1 set of 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed, and a private shower and WC, along with 1 further double bedroom with shower and WC, and 1 room with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
