The kitchen and living room area is a versatile, open-plan space that includes an additional sleeping facility measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it ideal for accommodating up to 4 guests in total. This combined area also features 4 induction hot plates, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
