The 3-room apartment has 2 bedrooms and 75 square meters of living space. The apartment was partially renovated in 2019 with cozy interior wood furnishings, providing a wonderful indoor climate. Upon entering, you'll find the pleasantly designed living room with a sofa. The kitchen and dining area are combined in the same room. The new kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary utensils, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stovetop, and a coffee machine (Nespresso). There are 2 separate bedrooms, one accommodating 2 people in a comfortable new box spring bed (180x200cm), and the other with a bunk bed for 2 people (2 x 90x200cm). A baby bed and high chair can be provided upon request. The bathroom has also been newly renovated, featuring a large shower, sink, and toilet.
