This vacation rental is a 2-room apartment of 25 square metres situated on the 2nd floor of the building, with a west-facing position that invites pleasant afternoon light. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom along with 1 bathroom. The living and dining area, partly renovated in 2020, is equipped with 1 double sofabed and provides direct access to the loggia, a 5-square-metre space enclosed by a sliding door that extends your living area outdoors and offers a view of the swimming pool. The bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a practical and comfortable sleeping arrangement for additional guests. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The apartment does not have a lift, and access to the 2nd floor is via stairs.

The kitchenette is well appointed for self-catering stays, featuring a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules compatible with the Dolce Gusto system are available at an additional cost. The living area includes a flat screen television for your entertainment. Terrace furniture is provided on the loggia, allowing you to relax outdoors and enjoy the view of the swimming pool. Internet access via WiFi is available at an extra charge. Bedding was completely replaced in 2022, ensuring a fresh and comfortable experience throughout your stay.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
