This vacation rental is a 2-room apartment of 25 square metres situated on the 2nd floor with a west-facing position, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, offering a compact yet well-organised layout. The living and dining room is furnished with 1 double sofabed and provides direct access to the loggia, a 5-square-metre space enclosed by a sliding door that offers a pleasant view of the swimming pool. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The apartment was partly renovated in 2020, and the bedding was completely replaced in 2022.

The kitchenette is well-equipped for self-catering stays, featuring a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, which are available as an extra. Entertainment is provided through a flat screen television in the living and dining area. The loggia is furnished with terrace furniture, allowing guests to relax outdoors while enjoying the view of the swimming pool. Internet access via WiFi is available at an additional cost.

The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. Parking is available on site. Please be aware that there is no heating option in this apartment. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises. WiFi and Dolce Gusto coffee capsules are available at an extra charge.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
