Local tax and bath and kitchen towels are included in the rental price. Optional services available at an additional cost include a baby cot and a key deposit of CHF 300.00 payable by credit card. The building is equipped with a shared washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a ski and boot room for the convenience of guests.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
