- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Overall, I would rate this place a 2 and this is me being generous. I have never in my life had to pay for sheets for bedding, especially prices as high as these. I understand that this place is not a hotel, but to expect your guests/clients to pay 20+ EUR for each set of bedding and then not get it back upon return, is just backwards. If I pay that much for bedding, I keep the bedding or get the money back upon successful return of all items in a clean condition. The staff can be quite rude as well. I spoke in English, although I know French and Spanish as well, and overheard them speaking ill of us in French thinking that we did not know how to speak French. I guess they thought we turned the corner and that was it. They expect the unit to be cleaned like we are maids, however do not provide enough cleaning products or effective devices to do so. When we ran out of toilet paper, we were told that we had to go buy more of our own. It is also quite weird that there is not someone at the desk during regular business hours, it seems that they just close when they want to with no warning to guests. The "breakfast" that is included is stale croissants with chocolatines, and super thin slivers of some meat. We looked at it each day hoping maybe they would include something else, but you could tell the food was from the day before. Not good at all.
