The ground floor further includes a large open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 5 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a bar and a dining table. 2 separate WCs are also located on this level.
