The villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall equipped with gas heating, leading into a large, bright living room with a flat screen television offering international TV channels. A second, smaller living room also features a flat screen television with access to international channels, providing additional space for relaxation. The ground floor further includes a large open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 5 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a bar and a dining table. 2 separate WCs are also located on this level.

On the upper floor, you will find 4 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Every room on this floor is equipped with a hand-basin and a private shower with WC, ensuring a high standard of comfort and convenience.

On the second upper floor, a large children's room accommodates 6 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is equipped with a flat screen television offering international TV channels. This floor also features a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. Throughout the villa, elegant wooden floors add warmth and character to the interior spaces.
