The living and sleeping room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access to the terrace. The dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm each, also 200 cm in length, and includes its own private shower/WC, as well as a separate exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also benefits from a 30 m2 terrace that is partly roofed and furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, making it an ideal outdoor space for relaxing while enjoying the sea view.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
