This charming vacation rental is a 4-room terraced house spanning 60 m2 across 3 levels, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room seamlessly connected to an open kitchen, creating a convivial and functional living space. The upper floor features 2 rooms, each furnished with a french bed measuring 140 cm, with one of the rooms also offering a hand-basin and direct access to a balcony. This floor is served by a full bath with WC as well as a separate WC. On the second upper floor, accessible via a ladder, a gallery area provides 3 additional beds each measuring 80 cm, along with a shower. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas on this level are located in an open-plan area, specifically a gallery configuration.

The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer, providing everything needed for preparing meals at home. A washing machine is also available for your use. The living and dining area is furnished with a television for your entertainment. Electric heating is available throughout the property, ensuring warmth and comfort regardless of the season. Internet access via WiFi is available as an extra service.

The terraced house is a non-smoking property. Outside, a private terrace of 12 m2 faces east and is furnished with terrace furniture, offering a pleasant view of the canal. A private mooring is available for guests arriving by boat. A parking space numbered 50 is provided for your convenience. For your safety, the property is equipped with a smoke alarm, and a protective barrier for the terrace is installed during the summer months.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
