This charming vacation rental is a 4-room terraced house of 60 m2 spread across 3 levels, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. The ground floor features a welcoming living and dining room alongside an open kitchen, creating a convivial and functional living space. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a french bed measuring 140 cm, with one of the rooms also featuring a hand-basin. This floor is completed by a bathroom with WC and a separate WC. A balcony exit is accessible from one of the upper floor rooms. The second upper floor is reached by a ladder and houses a gallery area with 3 beds of 80 cm each, along with a shower. This level also provides access to a 12 m2 east-facing terrace with canal views. The property offers a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across its levels. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically the gallery on the second upper floor.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
