From the main level, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.

The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers an additional living and dining area with its own exit to a terrace, providing a private and independent space. This floor features 1 further bedroom with a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
