The main kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes this floor. From the main level, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.

The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers an additional living and dining area with its own exit to a terrace, providing a private and independent space. This floor features 1 further bedroom with a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A small, open kitchen on this level is fitted with 4 hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A second shower room with WC serves this floor. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
