This level contains 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. 2 shower rooms with WC complete the ground floor bathroom facilities.

The upper floor features its own entrance hall leading to a bright living room with a satellite TV and air conditioning, along with access to a balcony. This level also includes 3 additional bedrooms, each fitted with 3 beds and individual air conditioning units. A second fully equipped open kitchen is available, offering 3 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The upper floor also benefits from a shower room with WC and a separate WC. A second balcony provides additional outdoor access from this level.
