The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features another entrance hall, a room with a double bed, a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a dining table, as well as a bathroom with a toilet. The upper floor, reached by a spiral staircase, consists of a walk-through room with a double bed, an open double bedroom with two single beds, and a room with a bunk bed and a double bed, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet.
