On the ground floor, the living area welcomes you with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, a dining nook, and a satellite TV setup. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. 1 bedroom on this level features 1 double bed. The ground floor also includes a shower room and a separate WC.

The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that add to the property's distinctive alpine character. 1 room is furnished with 1 double bed, while the second room offers 2 single beds, making it well suited for younger guests or friends travelling together. A shared shower with WC serves the upper floor.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
