Electric shutters are fitted in this area, and a door leads directly out to the private terrace of 10 m2, which faces east and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal space to enjoy the surroundings. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC.

The kitchenette is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
