The apartment also includes 1 room with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and WC. Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
