The ground floor welcomes you with an open living room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, and radio, alongside a kitchenette equipped with a dining table and a direct exit to the terrace. A bath and WC are also located on this level, complemented by a 200-litre boiler. The upper floor presents an open room with 3 beds and sloping ceilings, offering a second exit to a terrace and access to a bathroom. The top floor features an additional open room with sloping ceilings and 3 beds, served by a separate WC. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the floors. Both levels enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the river, and the property benefits from 2 terraces in total.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
