The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, offering a comfortable and practical space for relaxation, and opens directly onto a terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors. A small balcony provides an additional outdoor space to unwind. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by its own private bath and WC. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement ideal for friends or family. A second bath and WC serves this bedroom and completes the overall layout of the apartment.
