The first ground-floor apartment features its own external entrance and comprises a living and dining area with an open kitchen equipped with 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This apartment also benefits from satellite TV, air conditioning, and a roofed terrace of 20 m2 with terrace furniture and deck chairs. The second ground-floor apartment, also accessed via an external entrance, includes a living and dining area with an open kitchen sharing the same appliance configuration, 2 bedrooms — one with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and one with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length — as well as 2 shower and WC facilities.
