The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, offering a private and restful retreat, while the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, ideal for guests who prefer individual sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. A private terrace extends the living space outdoors and is furnished with terrace furniture, providing a pleasant area for relaxing or dining al fresco.

Not included in the rental price and to be paid on the spot:

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
