The maisonette apartment is a strictly non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. The open staircase connecting the 2 floors does not feature railings, and there are no doors between the floors, so the layout is entirely open-plan in nature. Please be aware that the bedrooms cannot be darkened, which may be a consideration depending on your sensitivity to light during sleep. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 adults, or alternatively a family with children. Each floor is equipped with its own shower and WC, with an additional WC also available. Bath and kitchen towels as well as the local tax are included in your stay. A baby cot is available upon request, and a deposit of CHF 300.00 is required and will be charged to a credit card. Parking is conveniently available at the entrance of the housing estate.
