The vacation property is a "Maisonette" style 3-room apartment spanning 62 square meters across two levels. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children under 14 years old. On the upper floor, you will find a living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm wide and 190 cm long, as well as a satellite TV with a flat screen. This area opens up to a balcony. Additionally, there is one double bedroom on this level. The kitchenette is well-appointed with two hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and separate WC are also provided. Heating is available throughout the property. On the second upper floor, there is another double bedroom, and you can enjoy the outdoor space with a balcony furnished with balcony furniture.

The vacation property comes fully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. You will have access to a safe, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. For your safety, the property is equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
