Adjacent to this space, a first bedroom of 18 m2 features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 100 cm with a length of 200 cm, a private shower and WC, and a direct exit to the terrace. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen fully fitted with an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dishwasher, as well as a separate WC.

On the upper floor, a second bedroom of 18 m2 is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 100 cm with a length of 200 cm and a private shower and WC. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
