The bathroom includes a shower, 2 separate WCs, and a sauna. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, an open walk-through room offers 2 beds and 1 sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. This floor also includes 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings and 1 double bed, as well as 1 additional bedroom with 2 beds. The upper floor opens onto a balcony, while the property also features a terrace on the exterior.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die gemütliche Hütte hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sie befindet sich inmitten des Dorfes Horni Lanov und ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Von dort aus bieten sich Ausflüge in alle Richtungen im Riesengebirge an in bis zu max. 40 min. Fahrzeit. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 8 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar (Vrchlabi).
Die Hütte ist gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Vor allem die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Geschirrtücher Spülmittel und Spüllappen sind mitzubringen. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Laken sind vorhanden und in Ordnung. Wer allerdings gern eigene Wäsche hat, sollte diese mitbringen.
Wer im Winter den Kamin beheizen mag, sollte das Brennmaterial (Holz oder Briketts) mitbringen. Die Heizung in den Räumen läuft über Strom, man kann sie insbesondere in den Fluren herunterregulieren, da der Strom am Ende separat abgerechnet wird. Die Sauna wird leider nicht so heiß, wie auf dem Thermometer angegeben.
