The open kitchen is fully integrated into this convivial space and provides direct access to the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, you will find all 3 bedrooms, each configured with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The first bedroom shares access to a bathroom fitted with a bath and WC as well as a double hand-basin, and opens directly onto a private patio. The second bedroom is served by a hip bath and a separate WC. The third bedroom completes the sleeping accommodation on this floor. At the top of the chalet, an open gallery with sloping ceilings, ranging from 80 to 120 cm in height, adds a charming architectural character to the property. The chalet benefits from multiple outdoor spaces, including a balcony with an east-facing orientation, a large terrace facing south, and a garden positioned to the west, all offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
