A separate living and sleeping room on this level features 1 double bed, a kitchen corner, and a private shower and WC, also equipped with satellite TV. The ground floor further includes a kitchenette fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC and a sauna. On the upper floor, 3 additional rooms are available, each furnished with 1 double bed, and a shared bath and WC serves this level. Please note that one of the bedrooms is part of a self-contained studio with its own living area and kitchenette, which is equipped with 2 hot plates, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The property also features a balcony and a terrace complete with terrace furniture, both offering beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
