The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living space. A separate shower room with WC completes the ground-floor facilities.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each benefit from individual air conditioning units and forced-air heating, as well as private access to a balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape.
