The ground floor features a heated storeroom for skis, a wardrobe, and a shower, providing a practical and welcoming entry point after a day in the mountains. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room complete with a chimney, satellite television, and a modern kitchen equipped with an induction stove, microwave oven, and a Delizio coffee machine with capsules. The first floor also includes 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, featuring individually adjustable floor heating. The second floor hosts 2 bedrooms each furnished with a double bed measuring 180x200cm and a piano, as well as 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds suitable exclusively for children, with dimensions of 90x180cm and 90x200cm respectively, plus 1 separate toilet. A baby cot measuring 80x140cm, excluding bed linen, is available upon request. The property benefits from seamless wireless connectivity through WiFi, ensuring you remain connected throughout your stay. Included in the rental are electricity, heating, hot water, firewood, use of the double garage, WiFi, an initial supply of capsules for the Delizio coffee machine, bed linen, use of the washing machine, an initial supply of bathroom and kitchen towels, final cleaning, and the visitor's tax.

A deposit of CHF/EUR 200.00 is required and must be paid directly in cash to the keyholder upon arrival. The baby cot, measuring 80x140cm and excluding bed linen, is available as an optional extra per stay. The washing machine is located within the apartment for guest use. The living and dining room features a chimney, though please note that wood is not included in the standard provision beyond the firewood already covered in the inclusive package.
