Independent suite for rent, "La Torretta - Corte dei Messapi" with bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen. It can accommodate up to two people.
The entrance opens into the kitchen complete with electric stove, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, mini-fridge and living room with sofa and dining table. The bedroom has a stone barrel ceiling and private bathroom, stone sink, large shower with fine finish.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, handcrafted wardrobes and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and stone sink.
Totally private and hidden for total privacy.
Outside there is a jacuzzi with hydro-massage for 4 people for the exclusive use of those who book.

Short-term tourist rental pursuant to D.L. 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely
- All travelers benefit, with the payment of 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and coverage of any accidental damage to the property.
With the RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damage exceeding € 100.00 and up to € 5,000.00.
- Access to the facility must take place after completion of sanitization by the personnel assigned to this activity and therefore not before 5:00 PM. The assigned personnel will communicate to the owner or his representative the scheduled time for access and he will inform the guests.
Cleaning and change of linens (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- Preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients and daily tidying of rooms and bathrooms
- For stays of at least 7 nights, in addition to daily tidying, mid-stay towel change is also included (except for pool towels, bathrobes and slippers, where provided);
- For multiple stays of 7 nights, bed linens will be changed at no additional cost at the end of the week;
- Pool cleaning upon arrival and mid-stay for bookings of at least 7 nights (upon request and extra cost for additional cleaning sessions)
NB. The daily presence of the housekeeper includes only bed tidying and bathroom cleaning (no towel or sheet changes). Tidying will take place between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Any other requests will have an extra cost.
- The final price of the booking includes customer assistance in all phases of the booking and during the stay in the villa.
