Also on this level, a separate shower, bidet, and WC serve the remaining bedrooms.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find a living room with its own seating area and terrace access, as well as 2 additional sleeping areas. The first is a bedroom with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
