This floor also hosts 3 bedrooms: the first features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length; the second features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length; and the third features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower, WC, and double hand-basin, with direct access to the terrace. Also on this level, a separate shower, bidet, and WC serve the remaining bedrooms.
On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find a living room with its own seating area and terrace access, as well as 2 additional sleeping areas. The first is a bedroom with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second, also accessible via an exterior staircase, is a living and sleeping room featuring 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower, WC, and double hand-basin, with direct access to the garden.
