Partly renovated in 2021 and featuring practical rustic furnishings throughout, this vacation rental is distributed across multiple floors, each offering its own distinct character. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a kitchen situated in the entrance area, equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, and a kettle, alongside a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace. From this level, you have direct access to the garden. A shower and WC are also located on this floor. On the first upper floor, an open living and sleeping area awaits, featuring 1 double sofabed and access to a 10 m2 balcony. A separate WC is also available on this level. The second upper floor, reached via a spiral staircase, houses the 1 open double bedroom, which does not include a wardrobe. In total, the property offers 1 bathroom, natural stone floors throughout, and a 40 m2 garden that completes the outdoor living space. The views of the lake from the property are truly marvellous.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
