Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, double bedroom with shower/toilet/sauna, sep. toilet. 1st floor: Large living room with seating area & tiled stove, open transition to dining room, open kitchen with dining area. 2nd floor: Entrance, double bedroom & bedroom with four single beds, large bathroom. The deep blue Lake Thun beckons a few minutes' walk away for swimming & sunbathing.
The cottage has: Wi-Fi, barbecue, sauna, TV, radio and much more.
Bed, toilet and kitchen linen 30.00 CHF/person, final cleaning 200.00 CHF. Before check-in, you will receive a payment link where you can enter your credit card details to pay the deposit. Alternatively, you have the option of paying a cash deposit of CHF/Euro 600. Dogs cost 45.00 CHF per stay/dog, maximum two dogs are allowed, payment in cash on site. The apartment is to be left broom-clean at the check-out.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
