On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room that opens onto both a balcony of 6 m2 and a partly roofed terrace of 20 m2, offering generous outdoor living space. An open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, featuring 1 hot plate, 3 gas rings, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
