A small room on this floor houses 1 pull-out bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. The kitchenette is fully equipped and practical for self-catering stays. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. Accessed via a spiral staircase, the upper floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings containing 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a fan. It is important to note that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
