The kitchen is also located on this level and is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the patio and swimming pool.

The upper floor features three large double bedrooms. The first bedroom has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV, flat screen, and a fan. The second bedroom has one double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, flat screen, and a fan. The third bedroom also has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV, flat screen, and a fan. There is also a bathroom or shower/WC on this level.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
